Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Postmochi, a sole proprietorship registered in India, at 05, Ward No. 1, Barapipar, Post Barapipar, Janjgir Champa, Chhattisgarh 495692, India. They cover postmochi.com and the Postmochi app. By using Postmochi you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. Keep your sign in safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. If you use Postmochi for a business, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
Your content
You own what you upload and what you publish. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only to run the service for you, including sending it to the networks you choose. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and publish.
Connected networks
When you connect an account you also agree to that network’s own terms, such as theYouTube Terms of Service. Networks can change or limit their APIs at any time, so we cannot promise that a post will always go out; we tell you when one fails.
AI suggestions
Postmochi uses AI to suggest posts and captions. Suggestions can be wrong. Nothing is published unless you approve it or schedule it, and you are responsible for what you publish.
Fair use
Do not use Postmochi to:
- post spam, scams, hate, harassment or anything illegal;
- break any network’s rules or post to accounts you do not control;
- infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or privacy;
- attack, overload or copy the service, or get around its limits.
We may suspend accounts that do, and remove the content involved.
Plans and payment
Free plans cost nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars, in advance, through our payment partner, who acts as merchant of record and handles tax. Plans renew until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. If something went wrong with a charge, write tosupport@postmochi.com within 14 days and we will make it right. We tell you before any price change applies to you.
Ending
You can stop using Postmochi and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service for you if you break these terms. When an account is deleted we delete its data as the privacy policy describes.
No warranty
Postmochi is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or always available.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost followers, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We change the date above and, for important changes, tell you before they apply. Using Postmochi after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chhattisgarh, India have jurisdiction.
