Data deletion

You can delete your data at any time. Pick the way that fits.

Disconnect one social account

1. Sign in to Postmochi at app.postmochi.com.
2. Open Channels.
3. Choose the account, then Disconnect.

Its access tokens are deleted at once, and the data we read from it is deleted within 30 days. Your posts stay in Postmochi unless you delete them.

Delete your whole account

1. Sign in to Postmochi.
2. Open Settings, then Account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Every connected account, brand, post and upload is deleted within 30 days, and from backups within a further 30 days. Billing records are kept only as long as tax law requires.

Ask us by email

1. Email privacy@postmochi.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my data”.
2. Say whether you want one connected account or your whole account deleted.
3. We confirm within 7 days and finish the deletion within 30 days.

Remove access from the network’s side

You can also cut Postmochi off from inside each network. We then delete the data we hold for it.

• Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings and privacy, Settings, Apps and websites, Postmochi, Remove. On Instagram: Settings, Website permissions, Apps and websites.
• Threads: Settings, Account, Website permissions.
• YouTube and Google:Google account permissions, Postmochi, Remove access.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security, Apps and services permissions.
• LinkedIn: Settings, Data privacy, Permitted services.
• Pinterest: Settings, Security and logins, Apps.
• X: Settings, Security and account access, Apps and sessions.
• Bluesky: Settings, Privacy and security, App passwords, then delete the one for Postmochi.

When Facebook or Instagram tells us you removed Postmochi, we delete that data automatically and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
